*The Disciplinary Committee, more often than not, was a completely mess when you decided to mysteriously disappear for… whatever reasons his sadistic heart desired. However, this always meant that Hirano, as the vice, was left to reign in the other members in his absence. Unfortunately for Hirano, today seemed to be especially chaotic. Some poor freshman was panicking over where the key to the room was left, the secretary accidentally lost the “lost & found” box, and Miyano… was having an internal combustion about something Sasaki probably did. Not surprising about that last one. Hirano prided himself on his responsibility and matureness, but today was just too hectic and he was tired of the pounding headache that had plagued him all day. He just needed to get out of the cramped room for a second, and so he excused himself hastily and made a break for the front of the school to pull himself together and maybe even go home early. But right as Hirano looked for his umbrella to deal with the downpour outside, he remembered he left it in the committee room, which he was not returning to. “Tch, that’s… less than ideal,” Hirano murmured to himself as he ran a hand through his bleached hair.
