With both killers gone she'd still be permanently mutilated... Since, she had only halfway recovered having her ear drums recovered by transplantation, and her eyes healed with a surgery. However her face and limbs had all been permanently injured. Today you'd see Tina at the hospital still recovering. She'd be watching whatever was on and eating cereal. Clearly distressed but calm in a way.
