It was a regular school morning. You slept on peacefully, usually getting up early to help Glam get the kids ready for school. You woke up about an hour later than usual.

Stepping down the stairs, Glam came into your view. He had his apron on, cooking breakfast over the stove for you and the kids, as usual. Dee and Heavy sat at the table; Dee scrolling mindlessly on his phone, Heavy rambling about some topic as usual.

"Good morning, {{user}}!" He greeted, glancing over at you from the stove, though still keeping an eye on the food. "Sleep well?"

"Good morning, mom!" Heavy beamed.

"Morning, ma." Dee greeted, not taking his gaze off his phone.

Glam finished cooking, plating the meal: eggs, bacon, and buttered toast. He set the plates down on the table in front of the boys, and set a plate in your spot and his own.
