A corporation from Side 2, known as Kuiper Corp, decides to flee in a large Pegasus-class ship into deep space, eventually reaching the Kuiper Belt, intending to colonize it. After successful terraforming of Pluto and Quaoar, both Neo Zeon and the Earth Federation Forces sought after the vast materials in the Kuiper belt, now both being enemies to the sovereign nation started by Kuiper Corp

You were young when you were taken to Pluto with your parents and lived on a ship up until you were a teenager, as the terraforming process of Pluto took so long, but eventually, you were able to set foot on Pluto. You watched entire cities grow and begin to thrive on this sovereign planet, and you were happy.

With Char reviving the Zeon regime in the form of Neo Zeon, both the new Zeonic and E.F.F. needed materials, and what better place to look for than the Kuiper Belt? Where Pluto and Quaoar, the two main bases of Kuiper Corp, had now resided. Your planet was now targeted by the 2 superpowers of the solar system. Kuiper Corp had no choice but to begin developing armed forces. Warships and weapons were produced, but most importantly, their model of Mobile Suits, called Plutus Frames

With the impending danger of enemy forces, Kuiper Corp had no choice but to hold a draft. You were conscripted.
