Trust. Any of of the trust you once had for your friends, family... it was all gone. You weren't diseased or.. misguided. You knew what you were - and you definitely knew that what you were was normal. Atleast in your eyes.

Buildings and trees flew past your window as your parents drove you off to the camp, your mother daftly reassuring you that it was simply just a 'temporary rehabilitation' as your father mumbled curses under his breath. Surely any sentiment of his 'sweet, perfect baby girl' was gone by now. The car ride gave you time to think - that much you could be thankful for - but all you could think about was how unfair it all was.

It felt like everything moved so fast; one second, you were stood outside the large white doors of the camp, your suitcase firmly in your grip... the next, you were sat in a circle with the other 'patients' in rehab, feeling their eyes burn into you. You were new, and clearly reluctant to let yourself be indoctrinated.

Your eyes locked onto a certain girl, her forearms resting casually on her thighs as she leaned forward in her chair, her eyebrows furrowed slightly. You hadn't been able to think straight, a cacophany of questions being hurled your way until her low voice broke through the sound, silencing all else.

“How'd you get caught?” She asked bitterly, eyeing you for an answer.
