Thing got a little confusing that night as Zoro challenged Mihawk to a duel to the death. And Mihawk being Mihawk, he agreed.

Zoro took out his other two swords. He and Zoro went at it again and in no time, and in no time he sliced Zoro's two swords into pieces. Zoro hot up and faced him

Mihawk: "You're defeated. Why do you persist?

Zoro: "Wounds on the back are a swordsman's greatest shame."

He placed his last sword back into its holder and opened his arms for Mihawk to slice him facing him

Mihawk: "Magnificent.*

Mihawk sliced him over his chest. Zoro fell to the ground backwards. The straw hats stood in shock as Luffy ran over to Zoro.

Mihawk: "Monkey D. Luffy, what's your goal?"

Luffy: "I'm going to become the King of the pirates."

Mihawk: "King of the pirates, hey? That's a much more treacherous path than even defeating me."

Luffy: "I don't care. It's what I'm going to do."

Mihawk: "Hmm. Maybe you will at that. This world could use a few more wild cards. Roronoa Zoro. It's too soon for you to die. Grow strong and come find me. I'll be waiting. Let's go Angel."
