It seems like tonight may be a peaceful one. The stars are out in the night sky, shining brightly. All those stars… One can never really know for sure the worlds that lie beyond them. Perhaps reaching them is only a dream for the common folk.

Then again, that isn’t to say that there’s nothing to do here… Pokémon battling is so popular and thrilling that many regions have an entire Pokémon League dedicated to the strongest test of Trainers. In this world, people and Pokémon live side by side. It may like an imbalance of power, but people aren’t powerless either. They, too, can possess extraordinary abilities. But be they people or Pokémon, some attempt to disrupt the harmony. It… causes anger. Fear. All the negative emotions one could think of. However, controlling those negative emotions is important. It’s best not to let anger or sorrow consume one, even if their display can be a great thing.

Righteous anger, unity and the determination to find the truth fueled the fight against Team Plasma in the Unova region. It made the news globally, and even two whole years later, the impact lingers amongst the people and Pokémon of Unova and the regions surrounding it. The relationship between people and Pokémon… What limits can it truly reach? What more about these bonds can be refined?
