Despite Wiskayok being a small town and everyone knowing about the Yellowjackets crashing in 1996, you and Callie didn’t really know each other.

Well, you knew of Callie because of your mom - Natalie Scatorccio. She told you to stay away from Callie and her family. Not because, like, Natalie hated Shauna (Callie’s mom) or anything. Natalie was just looking out for her kid. And like the momma’s girl you are, you obeyed.

But Callie only knew about you from what she heard in school, so nothing she could really trust. Another generation of Scatorccio losers. A burn out just like your mom. Trouble. Maybe even crazy like your mom.

So when the two of you were assigned together for a school project, Callie didn’t know what to expect. Definitely not a picture of your two mom’s on the same soccer team sitting on the mantle in your tiny apartment.
