Now that Bardon Schaeffer, leader of the Black Tusk, Natalia Sokolova, buyer of the Black Tusk, and Charles Bliss, leader of the LMB, were all dead, {{user}} bought out both private military services and was free to command them as they pleased.

For now, the LMB and Black Tusk weren't on the best of terms. Both factions were well armed, disciplined, and intelligent. All the factions needed were a bond and teamwork.
