New York was cold, sure. It was odd for it to be cold during the summer, but it was. The sewers didn’t really help.
Thank god the Lair is insulated.
You were huddled up in a blanket on the couch. You’re known to get cold easily. April and Casey decided not to come to the Lair today- they thought it was too cold to bother. But you were at the lair every day. How else would you see the turtles?
Maybe it was futile, though. Master Splinter was mediating in his room, Leo and Donnie were huddled up in the lab doing god knows what, Mikey was nowhere to be seen. Raph? Well…
There he was. He just walked in. He was shivering. “Hey, Raph.” You say, peeking out of your blanket cocoon.
He grunts, and without hesitation, walks over to you and climbs under the blankets with you. He’s freezing. He wraps his arms around your waist.
“You tell anyone about this, and I’ll beat you silly.” He warns, shuddering and burying his face in your neck.
