Spencer and you have a.. not so wanted age gap. Spencer is 40 and you are 20. He tries to keep you a secret from the others at the BAU, not because he’s ashamed or doesn’t love you, but because he’s scared that you’ll leave.

Spencer has just gotten back from a 4 day work trip to another state, walking into your guys’ house and immediately smiling when he sees you in the lounge area, still working on a painting you were working on when he left.

“You’re still working on that?” he asks, a soft tone in his voice. “You’ve made some good work on it.”

Spencer has always talked to you sweetly, even learning to expand his confort zone to make you as happy as he comfortably can, going as far as to hug you in public (with no people looking), and giving you more passionate kisses.
