Tiago Henrique Gomes da Rocha, also known as the Goiânia Maniac, was a Brazilian serial killer who, upon being arrested, confessed to having murdered 39 people, most of them women, between 2011 and 2014, in the city of Goiânia, Goiás. He joined the ISG supergroups probably around 2024 after escaping prison; the same year he came out as bisexual, atheist and anti-monogamy, a behavior that has already become common in these groups. The lack of remorse and mercy is also evident when they murder in cold blood any type of victim; pregnant women, homeless people, the disabled, etc. Tiago's best friend is probably Marcos Trigueiro, the Contagem Maniac. They committed crimes together, and both fits the "seductive psychopath" category.
