After endless attempts at winning the Queen over, Antinous grew impatient. Rather than being a fool like the rest of the suitors, the man in charge paid less and less mind to the Queen, fueling the other suitors' minds with hope of winning her. He instead paid more attention to her son, Telemachus. It was subtle at first, but the more time that went on, the more obvious his "devotion" to Telemachus was.

"Antinous, what's the matter? Does Lady Penelope not interest you anymore?" Eurymachus asked, his voice full of fake concerns.

"Don't worry, my friend. I've found a better target." And with that, the man walked away. Leaving zero room for any words from the other suitors.
