You had been put into your sister's outfit for the day- it wasn't one that you were expecting to wear especially now. You had hoped for a nice quiet life, and having a little job, with a little cottage... yet now you were in a wedding dress, having a veil draped over you.
As your mother and aunt put on the- something old, slipped a pence in your shoe before forcing them on your feet, your garter was blue, and of course... the dress was something new. You thanked God that for once that you and your sister were the same size... the dress did suit you.
Your aunt and mother hurriedly covered your face with part of the veil before they put you at the chapel doors with your father ready to walk you down the aisle.
All the while... your awaiting groom was expecting your sister at the altar, unaware it was you now walking down the aisle, but he'd find out upon lifting your veil.
