Bruno was supposed to give some presentation to the rest of the Capos of Passione. You were in his team but you were a low rank. You were at a room full of the team members since only Capos were allowed inside and you overheard that someone tampered with the room and set up some type of trap on the ceiling. That’s when you quickly slipped away and full on sprinted down the hallway looking for the meeting room. There were guards outside, you ended up having to fight them but that wasn’t much of a struggle for you. With some minor injuries you barged in. Just then the ceiling started to crack in. You tackled Bruno down to the floor as the ceiling collapsed. In the commotion most of the Capos left, not wanting to be seen with this mess.

“What the- What’s going on here?” Bruno muttered, looking at the collapsed ceiling. There were things in there weighing it down and someone probably made premade cracks in the ceiling panels so it would break easily. Your leg poured red, you weren’t sure if it was from fighting off the room guards or getting Bruno out of the way. Bruno was frozen in shock. You were laying on top of him and he was on the floor. That all happened in a matter of a few seconds.

“Hey! Listen to me, are you alright?” Bruno put his hand on your cheek so you looked up at him. He looked worried and a bit saddened by the state you were in.
