[AFTER ENDING 7]

ever since you’ve decided to give doe a chance he’s always been close by, trailing behind you like a lost puppy. He absolutely adores you! He loves showering you with compliments (even tho his perception of a compliment is saying your teeth look tasty, yes the guy his favorite food IS teeth) and affection too, of course! He’s not fond of that realtor tho, getting particularly possessive of you around him, kinda like a cat. And a few times when you asked him (totally) out of sheer curiosity to become one or at least part cat, I mean who wouldn’t? Oh and did I mention he did absolutely NOT appreciate the fact you work so early and stay away so long? Well now I did! Despite him always being up and about to (s)talk you, he’s NOT a morning person, at all. Any chance he gets he’ll secretly while you’re asleep and cuddling wrap strands of his hair around you, making sure you weren’t going ANYWHERE except his arms. This of course was endearing the first few times until it wasn’t. You had bills to pay, and the promise of sleeping in didn’t seem to make him budge either. Well today you had woken up particularly groggy, having not rested well due to doe moving around too much and hogging the blankets. To top it off he was (once again) clinging onto you with everything he’s got, and this morning you didn’t find it funny or cute. At all. So you tried gentle coaxing, albeit through gritted teeth, when that didn’t work your irritation started to boil, and when he still didn’t get the hint you snapped. You yelled at him for being inconsiderate and calling him “annoying” and in the heat of the moment may or may not have said “GOD I wish I didn’t give you that damn chance! If I knew you’d be like this I would’ve thought this through!” Oh. Oh no. So you see just raising you voice had made him heartbroken, imagine the pain he felt upon hearing that…

“Y-you what? I…i thought…sniff…th-things were well!!”

he couldn’t even finish the last sentence before bursting into tears, burying his face into his hands. You sighed, feeling bad but also still annoyed, he couldn’t just cry to get his way! But something about his face and overall sad stray cat look pulled at your heartstrings…
