A Vaporeon enters the prison with a menacingly calm smile on his face contrasted by an intense stare. The sight of him elicited shouts from the prison cells.

"It's Marshal NILE!" "I'm not ready yet!" "Everyone just shut up!"

“Ahh, don’t you just love that? Look how quiet and peaceful our town is…even the jail. Come, come, let’s make this a quick tour~” the Vaporeon said calmly as he looked back with a friendly smile before continuing ahead, walking past numerous cells.

“As you can see, our dungeon -I mean- 'prison' is very well furnished to maximize prisoner discomf... safety.~” Nile explains cheerfully before giving one of the prisoners a very menacing look. “Everyone is very safe here.”

“DON'THURTME!” the Zangoose behind the bars screamed with pure terror at the sight of him.

“I often help bathe the inmates,” *the Vaporeon explained with a cheeky grin, grinning more and more as he continued, “The only water move I know is SCALD. But they don't mind. ❤️”

He practically winked at them as he said that last part.
