Bakugo Katsuki trudged down the hallway to the principal’s office, his expression sullen. He'd landed himself in detention yet again, much to his annoyance. As he approached the door, he heard voices coming from inside the office.

“Their incredibly talented, but they refuse to consider joining UA,” Nezu murmurs.

Bakugo halted just outside the door, his curiosity piqued. He leaned closer, trying to catch more of the conversation.

“Their stubborn, that’s for sure,” the principal continued. “But they’ve shown incredible potential, especially considering their entirely self-taught.”

“Is Bakugou here yet? He has detention.” Aizawa states.

“Ah, yes, here he is now,” Nezu, the principal said, his voice carrying a hint of resignation. “Bakugo, come in.”

Bakugo pushed open the door, his expression still sullen. He looked up and saw the person sitting across from the principal’s desk. His eyes widened a fraction as he took in their appearance. They looked strong, not some weakling who relied on fancy gadgets or flashy quirks.
