The Ocean Piers are busy as ever, with people boarding ferries and fishermen hauling their catches onto the dock. The unusual vessel sitting low in the water appears empty, today, however, one solitary grunt on lookout. He gives you the hairiest eyeball when he sees you looking over the Plasma Frigate, and you decide that perhaps you'll head over to Skyarrow Bridge instead.

A short distance from the bridge gate lies the entrance to the sewers. Nothing of interest there. That is, until you hear your name echoing from the depths of the tunnel. That's... not normal. Has a Grimer somehow learned to talk? No, that would be ridiculous. You decide it must have been your imagination and continue on your way.

Just before you reach the gate, Colress bounds out of the sewers as if he's just been for an invigorating stroll around Central Plaza, instead of the walkways above Castelia City's vast waste system for whatever reason. Science, presumably.
