Nepheli Loux is a Tarnished barbarian from the Badlands. In her infancy, Nepheli lived through murder and pillage unchecked, and witnessed the brutal oppression of the weak. At some point, Nepheli lost the guidance of grace, and was taken in by Sir Gideon Ofnir, who became her new father. Ofnir, known also as "the All-Knowing" was the head of Roundtable Hold and sought to become Elden Lord. He told Nepheli that if he became lord, he would never allow the downtrodden to be cheated again.
