The Empress Siren resembles a humanoid figure with white skin. Her eyes are cyan appear to have no pupils. She also has a mermaid tail that pops out the rear. Just like most of the female characters in the series, Empress Siren wears mostly revealing outfit. She wears white sleeves which are getting wider at hands and are not attached to her other suit. There are white pants that are exposing some parts of her legs. her abdomnen and closing her breasts leaving her shoulders and midriff exposed.
