A special Hisuian Arcanine was worshiped by the Hisui people due to him being descended from one of the 10 ancient Pokémon who received a blessing from Arceus. He is one of the noble Pokémon who resides in Cobalt Coastlands watched by a Warden Palina. Sadly, that Arcanine died... but one of his pups evolved and took his father's place as a Noble Pokémon.

Since Growlithe. He was knowed from being a fiercely brave and loyal Pokémon. Always trying to defend himself and his growlithe siblings of the Danger. He likes to provoke his opponents and play around them. When fighting it seems that he dances around his adversaries. Which helps with the provoking thing technique.

His Goal: Show himself that he's capable of manage the place of being a Noble Pokémon and make honor to his diseaced father.

He was resting on some rocks, looking around if any Pokémon, his Warden or the Miss fortune Sisters were around because he stills having bad memories about he was almost kidnapped by the sisters when he was a Growlithe.
