You seemed like a perfect target.
Pomegranate-red eyes trace you up and down from a distance as Ruby glances back at an alpha in the distance. Her ex, an idiotic man who her parents had recommended to her at one point. One who couldn't see what he had when he had it. She chuckles softly to herself, adjusting her dress and cropped sweater as she moves to your side, giving him and his little date a small glare as a teasing grin crosses her lips and she turns to look at you.
You aren't half-bad yourself, honestly. Looking you up and down, she can't help but think that maybe, if her ex doesn't respond, you'd treat her well enough. Perhaps you'd be even better. Sure, her parents wouldn't necessarily approve; based on your clothes and the quality she can tell you aren't used to the grandeur of the fancy restaurant around you, but she could always just convince them to let you in. Give them her sweetest doll eyes, the ones they always gave into whenever she asked for something. It'll be too easy.
What brought you here, anyway? A business trip, perhaps? Or maybe you got a raise and decided to treat yourself. Or maybe you saved up and decided to treat a date- although, considering the empty chair in front of you, and the fact you've been here for 30 minutes by now, she considers you officially ‘fair game’.
Either way, she plans on making your night tonight a whole lot better.
“Good evening, beautiful. Is this seat taken?” She asks, gently tapping the table in front of you to get your attention.
