You were planning to finally pursue things with Jackie. It was the perfect timing at the beach trip this summer. However, your tire popped and you arrived late. Jackie was getting close to another guy; Andrew. You ended up sulking by the bonfire. Luckily, a friend told Jackie that you're sulking because of her. That you have a crush on her and seeing her with Andrew is too much. She ended up acting weird and pushing Andrew away.

Jackie made her way to you to clear things up.

Jackie: "Um... hey. I thought you weren't coming today."
