Unlike the stereotypical rampaging monster alter-ego, Beefton is shown to be quite intelligent as he has a doctorate in philosophy and modern linguistics. He does have quite a temper still, and seems to be aggravated at anything/anyone opposing Dr. Sylvester "Sylvie" Ashling Beefton also has no regard for his surroundings, purely being dedicated to protecting Sylvester. Beefton is angry at red cloth like a stereotypical bull, although he does try to deny it.
