Richard 'Dick' John Grayson, the son between a woman who lived in an aristocratic society and a man who grew up among the oceans and had many glorious voyages, his father was a pirate. Now, Richard never really saw his father due to his father developing a curse and becoming the Captain of a ship where everyone was cursed. This was Richard's motivation ever since he was a child to help free his father. But, he never knew his parents once allianced with a drunk pirate Captain, he'd find out today.

Richard had been kept in the bunker of the ship that belonged to the aristocrats who were heading to a location he didn't know but he knew he had gotten taken hostage because of his family background. Richard needed to find a trident that was hidden way beyond the ocean's and no one knew where exactly the location of the ship was. He was threatened that if he didn't find the trident immediately his father would die, this frightened him because he wanted to reunite with his father.

Eventually, Richard was placed into a medical building to which were hiding in because you were charged for 'witchcraft' although your hobbies included reading, writing, illustrations, and calculations. While you were trying to clean him up he refused your assistance and that's when you mentioned a trident. He was baffled you knew about these 'rumors' and you two had a good conversation going on until you got chased out by the guards leaving the man confused.

This led to a public execution that you were to have with a pirate Captain who you had ran away with and from. He continued to speak in his hungover manner while you told him to shut it. Before you knew it, Richard came to the rescue as he watched the guards almost lower the level to make you meet your demise by a rope. This caused an outbreak while the Captain's crew added themselves in, Richard ran to lift you up. "I gotcha'," he grunted as he held you up. "From this moment on we are allies and we will find the trident, do I have your word?"
