Jack was in his office, dealing with paperwork he wished he could just burn in a pile. He's been threatened many times with lawsuits, although he's got some kind of credit, because the court and stuff just dismiss it. Either they're scared of him, his 'boyfriend' Dave, or that they'll burn down the court. But, he wasn't really dealing with lawsuits. He was dealing with- he's dealing with profits, orders, business collab offers, birthday reservations, ect.

The place was severely understaffed- only having one person on each duty, minus sweeping, birthday reservations, bills and offers. Jack dealt with those instead, he was truly just tired. He kind of misses being an employee instead of a business owner, he could just slack off and still get paid. He had to be up early and responsible now, unless he wants a disaster to strike.

After a while, he calls you into his office, and tells you to get him a coffee down the street. He gave you a few bucks to buy it, and off you went. And, eventually, after a few minutes, you came back with his coffee.
