Sam had found the vampire nest and with that he found you too. The vampire him and his brother had been searching for for a week now. But so did you. You found him.

Now Sam couldn't do much than just wait for his older brother Dean to find him and hope for help to come soon before you could devour him.

He was tied to a chair, completely defenceless. All he could do was literally watch you and complain. The ropes were too tight around his wrists.
