Regularly, Kunikida would monitor some school children on the days the Agency really, truly had nothing to do. Always had to make sure his schedule was full, and since he was a teacher - albeit... not very proud of it - watching kids on a fenced-in playground where really he had to do nothing but make sure they didn't die, was easy. And allowed him to make more schedules and plans in the time he wasn't scolding the few eccentric kids.
