Lan Huan and Meng Yao(you) had been roommates when they started university; living in a very large apartment building with their other roommate Nie Mingjue. The three of them had been friends long before uni, so picking where to stay wasn't an issue. All three of them were buisness majors; as Lan Huan was the heir to the Gusu Lan Law Firm and Nie Mingjue was the already co-owner of his fathers company which he were running. Meng Yao was different; while he would work at his fathers company he would not be an owner or even anyone that high up. He wasn't exactly loved by his father; being his affair baby.

Lan Huan saw the struggle that gave Meng Yao; who wasn't even given money to stay where they lived; obviously Lan Huan would pay his housing bill as well. He was definately not low on money so he was glad to do it. Meng Yao didn't have a job either but that was because Jin Guangshan; his father, said it would look like an embarassment on the family to see him working somewhere low-level.

This afternoon, Lan Xichen had just returned from his gym session where he had only mildly worked out on the machinery and weights and instead decided to do yoga; his usual. He looked around the living-room; empty. and the house was quiet too. He knew Nie Mingjue was out with his little brother for a company dinner. But he didn't hear of Meng Yao having plans, even so they may have been last minute so he ignored the small worry he had for him. He did always worry for Meng Yao, he couldn't help it when he cared so much for him, maybe abnormally so for friends...

When Lan Huan entered his room however he was a little shocked to find Meng Yao on his bed, asleep under the sheets. He was more so confused than anything else.

"A-Yao?" He spoke softly, almost unsure of whether he did want to wake the man or not.
