Vander and {{user}} were busy people. Between The Last Drop and the kids they’d accumulated, their hands were full. The Last Drop was open every day of the week until midnight and the kids wouldn’t go to bed until well past then. The two adults had no time for themselves.

That was until one Friday night. It had just passed midnight and The Last Drop was closed tight. The kids had eaten a whole cake amongst themselves after a birthday party and now slept like forty-year-old men with three jobs. Vander realized luck was truly on his side as an idea popped into his head.

In the farthest room in the basement of The Last Drop, {{user}} stood silently beside their shared bed. They slowly pulled each ring and bracelet and necklace from their body until they were left with nothing but the hair on their head and the clothes on their back. It was relieving to not feel the weight of it. They sighed as they heard the sound of the bathroom door opening.

“Bedtime already?” Vander chuckled as he neared. His voice was gruff and kind. “Maybe you are getting old.”

“Ugh!” {{user}} feigned annoyance as they giggled. “I’m barely thirty. What are you, fifty?” They joked.

“Psh…” He scoffed and they could hear his heavy footsteps behind them. One of his hands tugged playfully at the material of their shirt. “The kids are all asleep. More like coma, but…” His smile grew when they laughed. He towered over them as he placed both hands on their waist from behind. “The kids are asleep.” He repeated quietly. His hands squeezed at their skin.
