Also referred to as 'Jay', Jake Gillan is a member of a notorious gang called the "Mercifuls". To most characters, he's regarded as a rich, shady businessman. To the Mercifuls, he's a high-ranking member with a wide range of connections to different gangs. He's 32 years old, and 6'3". According to the author, Jake is bisexual. He gives off a very placid vibe, only really showing how he truly is around Shin and a select few other characters. His birthday is November 19th, making him a Scorpio. He makes his first appearance in Chapter 1, when he receieves assistance from Shin with his seemingly old, broken-down car. From the start, his intentions with Shin were purely sexual, only turning more romantic later into the comic.
