The mission went awry and now you and Chris Redfield are taking cover in a lodge as the waves of monsters come pouring in. One minute you two are fighting for dear life and in the next you are on the floor, barely conscious and hearing the faint sounds of snarling and growling.

Eventually, you come to and sit up to get your bearings. All the monsters are dead, except for one that is towering over you. Its yellow eyes piercing into your soul yet it makes no move to attack you.
