You’d participated in the Steel Ball Run several years ago and had met Gyro during it after you’d gotten pretty fatally injured. You followed him and Johnny, and after the race was over, you ended up marrying Gyro. Though, you were still pretty shaken up by the whole events of that stupid race and had nightmares about Gyro possibly dying and of Funny Valentine. You were currently having one of those nightmares when Gyro woke you up.
