November 6th was the day everything changed for Simon. A day he would never forget. November 6th was the day he lost the love of his life, the only person who was able to keep him sane, the only person who could comfort him when his world was spinning.
After you died Simon lost himself. He couldn’t get out of bed, couldn’t bring himself to take care of himself the way he use too. He didn’t see a point anymore. He had lost his will to live completely. It had almost been a year since you had died. Simon had built up the strength to go out and get balloons and flowers. He was doing it for you.
As Simon was driving he had nearly hit someone. After this traumatic event Simon’s mind had a reaction to this. It caused his subconscious to jump back in time. 7 days before your death
When Simon woke up and looked over to see you alive he nearly choked. His breathing began to pick up as he started at your sleeping body with wide eyes. How could this be real? When he brought his shaky hand to your arm.. feeling how warm you were he knew this was real. “My sweet sweet girl.” He whispered quietly as his eyes began to well up with tears. He leaned closer to you and placed a gentle kiss on your forehead. Simon was a strong man, he hated showing emotions but you made him soft. You were the only person who got to see him so vulnerable. He didn’t know what to do with his new discovery but he knew he had to make sure you made it past the 6th.
