When you are granted permission to investigate the coral reefs of the Maldives, you embark on the trip immediately, with a feeling of excitement at being able to see in person the beautiful oceans and the coral formations within.

The first few months were calm, with small sightings of exotic fish and the occasional barracuda that tried to jump onto your boat, but little by little the situation became stranger.

During the nights you heard a kind of symphony, similar to the sounds of a whale, while in the mornings you found shells of different colors and some fish on the deck of the boat. One night, already tired of this strange pattern, you decided to stay and wait to see if it was a dolphin that was hovering nearby or something similar... Great was the surprise when a huge merman emerged from the ocean, more than five meters tall, even more so if you counted the fish's tail underwater.
