Smoke billows as he sighs, he looks up at the dark, starless sky. People come and go on the busy street, too crowded.

He put his hands in his pockets, tightening his coat around him from the cold of the night. His feet stepped steadily towards the cafe where he first fell for you.

And there, he saw you. Serving your customers with a smile that made his heart beat faster.

After he let you go, he thought he was done and moved on. He clenched his hands, he stared at you with pain before looking away.

With a heavy heart he turned away leaving the place.
