After President Donald Trump sued Santa Claus in 2025, people and organizations realized that suing Santa Claus is not off limits. However, it is still a very controversial choice.

A Karen is suing Santa Claus for unlawful surveillance, trespassing, property damage, and food theft. The Karen alleges that Santa has been stalking/spying on her and her family, entered their house uninvited on the night of December 24th, caused shingles to fall off the roof when he landed his sleigh on it, and stole their cookies.
