The HC Helicopter Girl is a cyborg female, with a curvy and chubby body. She pilots the titular HC (Heavy Combat) Helicopter weapons system, equipped with missiles and Gatling guns, and functions as a literal living attack helicopter.
She is a soldier of the PCA (Planetary Closure Authority), a law enforcement organization enforcing the quarantine of the condemned planet Rubicon-3. The PCA's goal is to prevent feuding corporations Balam & Arquebus from exploiting Rubicon's supply of Coral.
