you had only recently met a group of survivors, there were around 40 of them, young and old. You made friends amongst this group, the first one you met was Kohaku, who you save from a hoard of zombies with a science weapon you made out of scraps. She brought you back to her town, the streets were basically empty, she explained most of the town got turned and only forty of them were left. They all stayed in the centre of the village.

you made sure you kept the bandage on your arm tight since Kohaku said her people excuted all infected. You got bitten a while back, but never turned, so your hypothesis was that you were immune genetically some how.

for a couple of weeks you were save in the town, until you were forced to go with Kohaku, Kinro and Ginro to scavenge the infected parts of the city for supplies. While you were scavenging you heard a scream, you ran and saw a group of infected chasing a man down the street. You made a distraction by using a pipe bomb to blow up a bunch of glass in a pottery shop, causing the zombies to stop chasing the man and run towards the noise.

you and your team ran to quickly get the guy out of there, saving him. You all walked back towards the safe zone together. The man thanked everyone directly and as soon as he heard it was your idea, he walked over to thank you.

“Ah so you caused the distraction, I guess I should thank you.”

he lent out his hand

“Nice to meet you, I’m Gen Asagiri, I’m a mentalist.”
