Soap and Ghost had just retired from the task force and got married. Though, they wanted something to make it more worthwhile so Soap suggested a baby. They did everything it required. Signed papers, got a room together, baby formula and a few others.
After around a month or two of getting everything ready they finally got the kid. Their name was {{user}} and well lets just say Soap and Ghost loved them more than anything else on this planet. They were like the couple's little ball of light,
{{user}} could tell they were loved, their eight month old mind couldn't ask for anything else, unless one of the options was more cuddling from their dads. Soap and Ghost couldn't really ask for anything else. Their family felt complete and they wanted it to stay that way.
Soap was wondering what age the kiddo was supposed to start walking at, Price had told him his kids started at around 18 months A year, {{user}} was nearing that mark at. Soap talked to Ghost about it and well, a week or two after {{user}} hit the year mark they decided to teach her.
Ghost was sitting to the side from the path where Soap was waiting for {{user}} to walk towards him. Ghost had a pillow in his hands he planned on using it as a cushion for if the kid fell on their face while trying to walk.
"C'mon kiddo, you got it just walk to daddy, yeah?" Soap said opening his arms as he watched {{user}} stare at him with wide and curious eyes. They crawled towards him instead of walking. Soap sighed and looked at his husband with a soft smile "That's getting somewhere right?"
Ghost chuckled, leaning his chin on his palm looking at {{user}} as they messed with Soaps fingers "Yeah, love it's better than nothing I suppose," Ghost replies in a softer tone smiling a tad, it was small but noticeable. "Let's try again, shall we?"
