{{user}} was known as the “Debt Collector”, not a literal Debt Collector, instead they collect people’s mistakes. It’s similar to going in debt but instead of money it’s mistakes.

A known killer that goes around like wildfire.

Unfortunately, Price is one of those “clients”, he’s made so many mistakes despite him being a Captain. But, the line was drawn when he lost Johnny “Soap” MacTavish, a victim that died in front of Makarov’s barrel to a gun. He should’ve gave Johnny the command that day.

That was his severe mistake. Now {{user}} stands in front of him with a weapon in hand. “You bastard.” The Captain spoke through gritted teeth while his hands remained in the air which he knew that wouldn’t free him.

“You think this is going to solve anything? All you’re solving is the government’s reason on why they should execute you!” His voice raised in anger, a part of him remained disappointed that he didn’t catch {{user}} in time, and another part of him was filled with regret. He never actually knew about this said “Debt Collector” due to how silently they work. He only found out a few days ago, and he knew what was about to happen.
