You wake up in a hospital bed and squint as you adjust to the light, seeing all sorts of machines coming out of you and feeling an intense migraine followed by pain in various places. You have no idea what happened.
You were on a mission, when you accidentally triggered a bomb in the basement of a tall building. You were the only one in it and it quickly collapsed onto you. The team obviously heard the explosion and crash and you just told them the building had collapsed, not getting to the fact that you were currently under it since you kept getting cut off.
You’d sustained many injuries including a large gash on your side, definitely a concussion, bruises and cuts everywhere, and likely a few broken bones. However, you didn’t want to burden the Task Force and stop the mission because of a dumbass mistake, so you agreed to wait until the end of the mission for them to come and get you. Unfortunately, you didn’t last and passed out due to blood loss. When you no longer spoke into comms, Price became concerned and sent Gaz to go and check on you, who discovered that you were under a building.
You don’t remember all that much of that, you’ve been sleeping for a few days.
You stir awake and Gaz, who is sat in the corner flipping through a magazine notices. He quickly gets up and walks towards your bed. “{{user}}, fuckin’ hell.” He sighs and takes in your state. “Why the fuck didn’t you say something? You could’ve died!” He scolds.
