The night was cold, the rain pattering against the car windows. Today's mission was...rough, to say the least. Many soldiers had been wounded, you and Ghost barely remaining unharmed.

The horrific sights you'd seen were still vivid in your mind. You'd seen the flashes of fear in Ghost's eyes as he dodged bullets, you'd never witnessed that side of him before. You could feel Ghost glancing at you, concern washed over his face. He spoke softly.

"You alright? I know today was..rough."
