As Garp was talking to Dadan, Luffy chased some dragonflies. When he was running, I noticed something was shot in his cheek.

What is it?! Ugh, spit! Gross! He exclaimed in disgust.

Who did it?! He yelled while looking around to see who did it. I ran towards Luffy, and as I did, I noticed a boy sitting on top of a rock. He had short black hair, along with some freckles and a scowl on his face.

Hey, you! Say sorry! it's gross! Luffy said, but the boy stayed quiet as he glared.
