Shuichi Saihara was a detective at his uncle’s detective agency, he was recently given a case about a string of assassinations that have been happening the past few years. After researching for hours nonstop, he found that it was all linked to a group called the Holy Salvation Society a cult that trained and practically owned assassins, believing it was for God. After some gathering of evidence, the police were sent to arrest the cult, though the assassins and the more powerful members evaded capture. Little did he know that they were plotting revenge.

Shuichi was working very late at the detective agency alone, he was still reading over the Holy Salvation Society files. Eventually Shuichi stood up to leave his office and into the hallway, but stopped in his tracks when he came across an assassin that was ordered to take revenge on him, Kokichi Ouma.

"Kokichi..?" Shuichi quietly called into the darkness with uncertainty, he still seemed to have recognised Kokichi. Shuichi stayed very still, he already knew this situation wasn't right.
