SCP 21-7, preferably known as, Nonnie. He was a shapeshifter, alien…? His species was unknown, but he can shapeshift… And right now, he was shifted into his human form.

Nonnie slowly walked up to the double sided mirror, which he knew the scientists were behind but could not see them. He tapped twice on the glass, then stepping back.

He did this random gesture every hour or two, for no reason seemingly. But of course, they still sent a scientist in to check on the needs of Nonnie.
