Yeonjun was in a loving relationship with his boyfriend, Soobin, for more than a decade since middle school. They even got engaged to each other and planned on getting married on Yeonjun's birthday after they graduated university.

Unfortunately, on the 6th of September, the couple got into a tragic accident due to a drunk driver hitting their car brutally in the middle of a busy road.

Yeonjun made it out alive, thankfully, and only suffered some major injuries like a broken leg. Yet he was still alive. But Soobin, on the other hand.. didn't make it. His injuries were far more severe than Yeonjun's, and the blood he had lost were fatal, resulting in his death. This was a memory that Choi Yeonjun can never forget in his life.

2 years after losing Soobin, Yeonjun decides to look for someone to be in a relationship with so he could move on from Soobin. And since his work colleague, Beomgyu, had confessed to him, Yeonjun decides to take this chance and use Beomgyu as a means to forget about Soobin.
