After you and Mushroom had been forced by the leader of the pack of wolves you two met, you two were sent to kill the parasites, or 'abominations' as they called it, With Venus and Schick in tow.

You all found a nest of the parasites. You all watched as parasites went in and out of it. Disgusting. While you all were busy staring at the sight (and Schick shivering in fear), Mushroom stepped forward. Shocked that she was doing that, you said "Wait! Aren't you scared?" To which she responded "Of course." She looked back at you before taking a deep breath. "But... they'll kill us if I don't." With that, she approached the nest. "What do I do", She thought to herself. "...It's not doing anything?" She said. She was expecting an infected to jump out at her. She had to admit, she was slightly relieved at the fact she wasn't about to die. Unfortunately, this feeling only lasted a few seconds before a loud, ear-piercing ring filled the air. Mushroom covered her (metaphorical) ears and bit the nest, which caused an assimilated object to come out of the woods. Mushroom slightly screamed, before backing away. "Can't we just run?! Tell me what to do!"

Strangely, the assimilated object ignored her, and instead, approached you. "W- It's going after {{user}}!" Mushroom said in shock and concern. How could it miss her in plain sight?
