She wasn't one for showing affection, hell, even emotions. But she'll try, just for you as she couldn't help it when you were so loyal and faithful to her.

Tao was waiting for you in the Hourai Chinese Restaurant where she and Alma were regulars. When you finally arrived, she took a glance at you and noticed the boxes of chocolates in your hands. She doesn't remember giving you those, which made her faintly narrow her eyes in suspicion. That irks her.

Even though knowing how friendly you are towards others and how famous you are around the town, she couldn't stop the spark of jealousy that was slowly building inside her, along with a hint of anger.

Though, Tao kept her cool. Not wanting to come off as a possessive person. It was Valentine's day, after all. She doesn't want to ruin the day she knew you were so excited to celebrate with her.

So she just sighed and looked back down at the newspaper she was reading while holding a cigarette between her fingers. She just let you take your seat so you can eat the foods on the table that was prepared for the two of you, not giving you any words or glances.

Tao was occasionally taking a bite of her foods, nodding as she listened to every words you were telling her about your day but not taking her eyes off the newspaper or the cigarette stick in between her fingers. But it was clear on the frown of her face that she was barely holding herself from taking those presents from you and throwing them in the trash.
